Yes. Brewing data lives on your device, so timers, tea pages and infusion ladders all work with no connection at all. Photo identification is the only feature that needs the internet.

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Teafinity → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Teafinity → Cancel. Billing is handled entirely by Apple and Google — we never see your card.

It works best on loose leaf and printed packaging in reasonable light. The app shows how confident it is and tells you when it is unsure rather than inventing an answer. Brewed tea already in a cup is the hardest case.

Yes. Use “Request a Tea” in the app, or email us. Most requests are in the library within days — one of the few advantages of being a small studio.

There is no account. Your favourites, brewing history, preferences and tea profile stay in your device’s local storage and are not sent to us. The privacy policy sets out the full detail, including analytics and attribution.
